This policy applies to the use of this website. Information about data processing during veterinary treatment is provided separately at the practice.

3. Website provision and server logs

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser, operating system and data volume. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for secure and reliable website operation. Logs are kept only as long as necessary for operation, error analysis, security or legal obligations.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by telephone or email, we process the data you provide to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Data is deleted when the enquiry is complete unless retention duties apply. Email is not suitable for medical emergencies.

5. Cookies, analytics and embedded services

This website currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies, tracking, user profiles, embedded maps, videos, third-party fonts or social-media modules. A consent banner is therefore not currently required.

6. External links

External links, including Google Maps and the veterinary emergency service, connect to the respective provider only after you click them. That provider is responsible for subsequent processing.

7. Recipients and transfers to third countries

Data is disclosed only where necessary for the website, your enquiry, legal obligations or legitimate interests. Transfers outside the EU/EEA take place only under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.

8. Your rights

Subject to legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under Articles 15–21 GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn for the future at any time.
